Chocolate Pudding using Avocado

Ingredients
1 cup avocado puree1/4 cup tub margarine1 cup powdered sugar1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Melt margarine in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add avocado puree, powdered sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla. Heat 3-4 minutes until thickened. Serve warm. Great with fruit for dipping!
