tomato and roasted red pepper soup

Ingredients
2 cans chopped tomatoes2 large red peppers - roasted and skins removed1 onion-chopped2 galric cloves, crushed and chopped1 tsp worcestershire sauce1 chilli pepper (to taste)Salt/pepper to taste1 vegetable stock cube
Directions
put all ingredients in a large saucepan and add 1/2 pint water and stock cube.

Cook for 20 minutes and blend to smooth consistency. Enjoy as part of lunch/dinner or as a snack
