Cinnamon-Raisin Spelt Bread (Bread Maker)

1 1/3 Cup Water1 1/4 Tsp Yeast2 Tbsp Soy Powder2 Tbsp Olive Oil1 1/2 Sugar1/5 Tsp Salt4 1/4 Cups Spelt Flour (can use 3 C. White & 1 1/4 C. Whole-Spelt as another option)1 1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon1 Cup Raisins
Measure all ingredients, except raisins, in the order listed into the bread machine's baking pan. Place machine in chamber, secure, and close lid. Choose "basic" setting and "regular" crust. When machine indicates (beeps?), add raisins. Cool thoroughly before slicing. Makes 1 (2 lb) loaf.
