Cucumber, Bean and Tomato Salad

1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed2 small cucumbers, peeled and diced2 medium tomatoes, diced1 small onion, chopped2 T cilantroDressing:1/3 cup olive oil2 T apple cider vinegar1/4 tsp. sugar1/8 tsp. onion powder1/8 tsp. garlic powder1/8 tsp. salt1/8 tsp. black pepper
Directions
Prepare vegetables and dressing. Mix together. Can eat immediately or let salad marinate. Quick and delicious.
