Applesauce all-bran Muffins

Ingredients
3/4 C Flour, white1/2 C Whole Wheat Flour1/2 C Splenda Sugar Blend for 1 T Baking Powder1/2 tsp Baking Soda1 tsp Cinnamon, ground2 cup Kellogg's All-Bran Cereal1 1/2 C Applesauce, unsweetened,1/4 C Milk 1%3/4 C Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters),1/2 C Raisins
Directions
1. Stir together flours, splenda, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.

2. In large mixing bowl, combine KELLOGG'S ALL-BRAN cereal, applesauce and milk. Let stand about 5 minutes or until cereal softens. Add egg beaters. Beat well. Add raisins and flour mixture, stirring only until combined. Portion evenly into twelve 2 1/2-inch muffin-pan cups coated with cooking spray.

3. Bake at 400° F for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm.
