Donna's Wheat Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup flour11/2 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt6 Tablespoons Saco dried buttermilk2 cups water1/2 cup egg beaters4 Tablespoons light margarine melted
Directions
Add all the dry ingredients in bowl and mix.
Add water to all the dry ingredients and stir well.
Add eggs to mixture and stir well.
Add melted margarine and mix well.

I ususally use 1/4 cup of mixture to make pancakes, put on hot grill and cook. You can use this same recipe to make waffles, just track how much batter you put on waffle iron. Makes about 15 pancakes.
