Ingredients
* Beans, black, 3.5 cup (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove) * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove) * Carrots, raw, 1 medium (remove) * Garlic, 3 cloves (remove) * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 plum tomato (remove) * Salt, 2 tsp (remove) * Red Wine, 3 fl oz (remove) * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)oregano, cilantro, pepper
Directions
Saute vegetables in olive oil, add beans and wine and spices and simmer.
