1 large can of stewed, peeled tomatoes1 large peeled cucumber1/2 cup chopped onion1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped raw cilantro3-4 cloves of garlic1/2 bell pepper2 tsp chili powder1 tsp ground cumina few dashes of hot sauce (optional)
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until consistency desired is reached. I sometimes add tomato juice to mine to thin it down a bit.
Chill in the refrigerator until cold. Serve cold.
