dutch oven blueberry strawberry cobbler

4 cup blueberries2 cups strawberry1 egg1/4 cup sugar1/4 cup brown sugar1/4 cup butternutmeg1 cup multigrain pancake mix2 tablespoons cornstarch1/2 cup buttermilk
Setup dutch oven by greasing it. Start coals approx. 25 does this 20 minutes before hand
mix corn starch, fruit, nutmeg, brown sugar and sit for 15 minutes. In a bowl mix egg, sugar, mulitgrain pancake mix, buttermilk. Add butter chopped up into 1/8 inch pieces. put fruit into dutch oven then using a spoon put pancake mix on top.
I used a 10 inch dutch oven. So I put 8 coals on bottom and 10 coals on top. I make extra coals just in case. It takes approximately 25 minutes. check dough it should be pale yellow and firm when done.
Serve warm with ice cream or whip cream.
