Butternut Squash

Ingredients
Butternut Squash, Frozen, 2 cups4 oz 1% milkSoy Flour, 4 tbspHalf cup raw onions, chopped1 tbsp butter1 scoop When Protein Powder1 egg
Directions
Cook the butternut squash til tender. Drain
Caramelize onions with butter.
Take squash and onions and put into a blender, add milk and blend until smooth.
In a bowl, take squash mixture and mix with soy flour, protein powder and egg and mix well.
Pour into a baking dish and bake on 450 until the mixture is fluffy and set. A knife will pull clean when inserted. Enjoy!
