Creamed Cauliflower

Ingredients
Head of cauliflower, about 4 cups, steamed4 cloves garlic3 tablespoons Hellman's Light Mayo2 tablespoons fat free sour cream84 grams or 2/3 cup Kraft Fat Free shredded cheddar cheese2 tablespoons chopped fresh chivesSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Steam cauliflower and garlic until very tender.
Puree until smooth.
Add all other ingredients except chives.
Top with chopped chives.
Enjoy!
