*Veal, cubed for stew (leg and shoulder), separable lean only, raw, 2 lb (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 4 cup, strips (remove)Onions, raw, 2 cup, sliced (remove)Tomato Sauce, 3 cup (remove)

add all ingredients to slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours.
