Rice Noodles, 226 grams (remove) Garlic, 1 clove (remove) Ginger Root, 3 tsp (remove) *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove) Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced (remove) Carrots, raw, 1 cup, strips or slices (remove) Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips (remove) *Bok Choy, raw-shreaded, 4 cup (remove) *Kimchee, Sunja's (Medium Spicy), 8 oz (remove) *Soy Sauce, 1.5 tbsp (remove) Granulated Sugar, 2 tsp (remove) *kame Chinese Cooking Rice Wine, 1 tbsp (remove)
Soak noodles in boiling hot water, while soaking stir fry garlic and ginger 1 minutes, add onions, carrots and stir fry 2-3 minutes. Add bell pepper and stir fry two minutes. Add bok choy kimchee and remaining ingredients in stir fry until bok choy is wilted. Add noodles and serve.
