Darjeeling Chai Tea

Ingredients
1 c Water1 Small Stick of Cinnamon6 Cardamom Pods6 Whole Cloves1/5 inch of Ginger Root - slice thin1/2 c 2% Milk2 tsps Loose Darjeeling TeaSweetener to tasteGarnish: Cardemon Pods
Directions
Bring water to a boil. Add the first five ingredients. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add milk and sugar. Return to simmer. Remove from heat. Add loose Darjeeling tea or 1 tea bag, cover and let steep for 3 minutes. Strain. Add sweetener to taste and enjoy.

Garnish with a floating Cardemon Pod if desired.
