Brown Rice & Quinoa Veggie Risotto

Ingredients
2 cups Brown Rice1 cup Red Quinoa6 cups Water 1 Stock Cube2 cups Mixed Veg [Frozen, Canned and/or Fresh]1 can Garbanzo Beans½ cup Red LentilsSpice to Taste - Salt, Pepper, Marjoram, Savory, Celery Salt, etc1 tbsp Butter to each serving
Directions
Place all ingredients in large pot, except butter, and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 45 minutes, or until rice is done. Let sit for about 10-15 minutes before serving. Add a small amount of butter to the serving to give it a Risotto texture [optional]
