Chicken Breast, 1c. choppedOnions, 3/4c, choppedRotel tomatoes,1 canBlack Beans, 1 can, drained and rinsedPeppers, red and green 1/2c, choppedYellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1/2c
In medium hot pan with lid, cook down until most of juice is gone and chicken is done. Serve with tortilla chips or wrap up in flour tortilla. Enjoy!
