Spaghetti Bolognaise

500g jar of Chunky Veg Pasta Sauce500g dried speghetti (1132g when cooked)1/2 cup of sliced fresh mushrooms50g of mature grated cheddar cheesesalt to tasteitalian herbs to taste
cook the beef mince in a saucepan until brown, add the jar of pasta sauce and stir. Then add the mushrooms and a very small amount of the cheese and stir. Add the herbs & salt as required for taste. Continue to simmer for about 1 hr, stirring occassionally.
Then boil a pan of salted water and snap the dried speghetti in half and cook for approx 10 mins until the speghetti is sticky.
Drain the water and place equal amounts of speghetti into large pasta bowls, place about 2 ladles of the bologniase over each portion of speghetti and add the remaining cheese, sprinkled over the top. Serve immediately.
