* Lentils, 0.25 cup (remove) * Beans, pinto, 0.1 cup (remove) * Beans, red kidney, 0.1 cup (remove) * Beans, black, 0.1 cup (remove) * Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped (remove) * Carrots, raw, 0.15 cup, grated (remove) * Garlic, 2 tsp (remove) * Tomato Paste, 0.1 cup (remove) * **Dynasty Japanese Style Bread Crumbs, Panko, 0.25 cup (remove) * egg white, fresh, 1 large (remove) * *Canola Oil, 1 1tsp (remove) * Barley, pearled, cooked, 0.3 cup (remove)OREGANONUTRITIONAL YEAST FLAKES (OPTIONAL)PARSLEY
Directions
COOK THE LENTILS, BARLEY AND BEANS TILL WELL COOKED
MIX ALL HE OTHER INGREDIENTS WITH COOKED INGREDIENTS EXCEPT FOR PANKO
MAKE PATTIES, PRESS INTO PANKO. (USE SOME SOYMILK OR EXTRA EGG WHITE FOR COATING IF NEEDED).
HEAT UP OIL AND PAN FRY UNTIL CRISPY AND COOKED THROUGH.
