Black Bean Salad

Ingredients
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed1 can corn, drained1 small cucumber, peeled and chopped1/2 c chopped onons1/2 c chopped celery1/2 c shopped red bell peppers6 T rice vinegar3 T light olive oil
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.
Makes 10 servings of 1/2 cup
