Oatmeal Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 cup maple brown sugar instant oatmeal (2 packets)1 cup whole-wheat flour1/2 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon2 tablespoons smart balance light butter1/4 cup applesauce1/2 cup splenda1/2 cup light brown sugar1 large egg1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Mix oatmeal, whole wheat flour, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon together in a bowl.
3. In a separate bowl mix butter, applesauce, splenda, brown sugar, and egg together. Then add the dry mix together.
4. After all ingredients are mixed then add chocolate chips to the dough.
5. Drop the dough by heaping spoonfuls and inch apart on a nonstick baking sheet. Bake for 10 mins
