Grilled Tomatoes with Panko Bread Crumbs and Cheese

Ingredients
2.5 Large Tomatoes - sliced 1/4" thick1/2 cup of Panko Bread Crumbs1 tsp of minced garlic1/2 tbsp of parsley4 tsp. of Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Heat grill to medium heat.

Spray an Aluminum foil pack or pan with cooking spray. Add,Sliced tomatoes and season with salt & pepper.

In a small bowl, mix the remaining ingredients bread crumbs, garlic, parsley and cheese). Sprinkle over tomatoes making a tiny mound.

Turn grill down to low.

Place tomatoes on grill and cook until bread crumbs turn brown. Becareful it happens fast!
