Griffey's Spaghetti Sauce

1 tbs Basil1 tbs Oregano1 tbs Rosemarry1 tbs Thyme1 tbs Salt and Pepper*2 Pounds Lean Ground Beef5 cloves garlic, Chopped1 Onion, Chopped1760 mils Tomato Sauce150 mils Tomato Paste2 cans of Mushrooms.*Or to taste.
1. Saute ground beef on medium heat with 1 onion and 5 cloves of garlic. Drain the fat and return to pot.
2. Add 1760 mils of tomato sauce with 150 mils of tomato paste.
3. Add 2 cans of mushrooms. Make sure they are strained.
4. Add 1 tbs each of basil, oregano, rosemarry, thyme, salt and pepper.
5. Simmer on low heat for 20 mins.
Note: If the sauce seems too thick, simply add more tomato sauce or water/chicken stock until you reach your desired consistency. This sauce freezes well. I make this recipe every couple weeks and freeze into portions. Each portion is 1 cup.
