Ingredients
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Nutmeg, 1 tspVanilla Extract, 1 tsp Applesauce, unsweetened, 0.33 cup Walnuts, 0.12 cup, chopped egg white, fresh, 1 large Splenda Brown Sugar Blend (eqv 1 cup sugar), 0.12 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour, 0.33 cup oats - Organic thick rolled oats - Natural Grocers, 1 cup Coconut Flakes, Unsweetened, 2 tbsp Baking Soda, 0.50 tsp ghirardelli semi sweet chocolate chips (32 chips), 2 serving
Directions
Combine all ingredients into a bowl, separate into 6 mounds on cookie sheet. Shape into cookies, about 1/4" thickness.

Bake at 365 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool, then flip cookies upside down and bake for another 2 minutes.
