Crab & Avocado Salad

Ingredients
1 hass avocado, sliced into chunks4 oz crab meat, diced2 tbsp red onion, diced1 mini babybel cheese, diced1 tsp EVOO1 lime, juicedHalf and Half salad mixSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine red onion, EVOO, lime juice, salt and pepper in bowl. Add crab meat and cheese and mix.
Add avocado and mix to incorporate.
Top off with salad mix, and combine.


Serving Size: Makes 1 large salad - or you can split it into 2 servings
