Creamy Asparagus Gorgonzola Soup

Ingredients
1 can AsparagusGorgonzola 6 tbspLand O Lakes Low Fat Half and Half, 4 tbspOrganic Low Sodium Vegetable Broth, 1 cupOnions, raw, 3 tbsp chopped Garlic, 1 clove mincedOlive Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Drain asparagus, retaining liquid.
When aromatics are soft, add asparagus, broth, and about 1/2 of reserved canning liquid. Bring to temp, add half and half. Bring to very warm and add cheese, stir to melt in. Serve hot, I like a bit of fresh ground pepper added.
