Ingredients
Boneless chicken (small cube)500gmgarlic paste 4 tspginger paste 2 tspblack pepper (4-6 tsp freshly ground powder)cardamon and cinnamon freshly ground 2-4 tsplemon juice 4 tspsalt to tasteolive oil for fryingany choice of vegetable ( capsicum, tomato, bell pepper etc)
Directions
marinate the chicken with lemon juice and little bit of salt for 15 mins.
Take a nonstick pan put oil and bring to heat. Put ginger garlic paste and stir fry. add chicken and all the remaining ingredients
and cook it till the chicken becomes tender. fry it well.
now ready to serve. you can add water if you want a gravy.
