Ingredients
1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon salt, optional 1 1/2 cups chopped mixed dried fruit 2/3 cup old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats 1/3 cup chopped peanuts 6 large eggs 2/3 cup firmly-packed brown sugar 1/2 cup chunk-style peanut butter 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in medium bowl

Mix wet ingredients in large bowl

Add dry to wet

Put in 9 x 9 greased pan

Bake for 30 min or until done

Cool - cut into 12 bars
