Citrus Salmon atop Quinoa

Atlantic Salmon (fish), 3.5 ozLemon Pepper Seasoning BlendGinger Powder*Citrus Ponzu*Sesame seeds toastedQuinoa, cookedSalsa
**If you don't have quinoa already prepared, follow these steps first: Boil two cups water. Add one cup dry quinoa and simmer, covered, for 12 minutes.**
Place thawed piece of salmon on some foil. Mix all seasonings and Ponzu sauce in a small dish then pour over salmon. Sprinkle Salmon with sesame seeds. enclose salmon in the foil and bake in Toaster overn at 400 for 8 min. Uncover and bake remaining 2 minutes.
When Quinoa is done, mix one cup with 4 Tbsp salsa. Put in center of plate or bowl. Top with the salmon and serve.
