1 lb beef tenderloin tips1 small onion1 clove garlic1 cup beef boullion1 can cm mushroom w/roasted garlic soup1/2 small bag baby carrots1 Tbsp cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup cold water to thicken if desired
Chop the onion and garlic and add to the crock pot. Add boullion and soup and stir. Add beef tips and cover. Add carrots after about 3 hrs. Cook on low for 6 hrs.
Serve over rice or noodles.
