Chicken salad

Ingredients
1 can of canne chicken breast rinsed and diced.1 celery stalk diced2 tbsp light ranch dressing2 tbsp light mayosalt, pepper and poultry seasoning to taste (maybe cayenne pepper for some spice)
Directions
mix all ingredients and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
I used a wheat wrap and put some fresh spinach on it..really good.

Serving Size: Makes about 4 1/2 cup serving sizes
