Summer Garden Vegetable Medley

*Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 2 tbsp Garlic, 2 tsp Basil, 7 leaves Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced *kohlrabi, 1 cup Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped Summer squash, 1 cup slices *White Onion, .5 cup Green Beans (snap), 1 cup Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced Kraft Zesty Italian Salad Dressing, 3 tbsp Celery seed, 1 tsp
Chop all vegetables into bite size chunks or slices.
Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet with the basil and minced garlic (can also use a clove or two of garlic).
Add longer cooking veggies first (kohlrabi, green beans, squashes)
Add the rest of the vegetables, except the tomato.
Add Celery seed and Italian Dressing to taste.
Add tomatoes during the last 5 minutes of cooking to heat through, but keep shape.
Serve and Enjoy
