Moroccan Spiced Chicken Thighs

1/2 cup fat free greek yogurt1 1/2 tsp ground coriander1/2 Tbsp olive oil2 Tbsp minced garlic1 1/2 tsp paprika1 1/2 tsp ground cumin1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper2 lbs chicken thighs, bone in + skin removed
Mix the marinade ingredients (yogurt, coriander, olive oil, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper) together in a medium sized bowl. Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and thoroughly coat with the marinade. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator from 6 to 10 hours.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Coat baking sheet with cooking spray. Remove chicken from marinade and place on prepared baking sheet. Place on baking sheet and cook in oven for 30 to 40 minutes until the juices run clear.
