2 defrosted chicken breasts1 can sweet yellow corn, with liquid1 can northern beans, with liquid1 can black beans, with liquid2 small jars of salsa1tblspn cilantro, finely chopped1tblspn cumin powder or seed1tblspn chili powder
Boil chicken breasts until fully cooked, cool slightly and pull apart into bite size pieces. Meanwhile, combine all other ingredients into medium-sized pot and bring to boil. Turn down temperature, add chicken and simmer for 2 hours. Medium pot serves 6. Serve with shredded cheese and tortilla chips, if desired.
