3 large packages of StarKist Chunk-lite Albacore Tuna3 oz. of Dill pickle slices (chopped as fine as you like)6 TBSP Kraft Mayo made with Olive Oil (reduced fat)6 large hard boiled eggs (chopped or sliced how ever you like)
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and serve!!
We enjoy on Orowheat sandwhich thins or RItz Toasted Chips (nutritional info not included)
Also enjoy on a bed of lettuce to be more Carb Concious!!
