Chicken Spinach Quiche

1 Pie crust uncooked4 Eggs6 oz of chicken (cooked and cut into cubes)6 oz of spinach, cooked and drained1 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese1/2 cup of half and half1/2 cup of reduced fat mayoMrs. Dash (to taste) or Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Line the pie crust with some of the cheese. Mix the spinach, chicken and the rest of the cheese together and place in the pie crust. Whisk mayo, eggs, half and half and seasonings then pour over the chicken/spinach mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 mins or until slightly brown on top. Remove from oven and let sit for at least 10 mins before serving.
