Sweet Potato Chili

Ingredients
Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt, 2.5 large (remove)Beans, pinto, 2 cup (remove)Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, strips (remove)Jalapeno Peppers, 3 pepper (remove)Garlic, 3 clove (remove)*Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 2 serving (remove)*Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 1 serving (remove)**McCormick ground cumin, 1 tbsp (remove)*Dry Cocoa Powder, Unsweetened, 3 serving (remove)*Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, 4 tsp (remove)*Chili Powder, 8 tsp (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)brown rice (1 cup cooked), 3 serving (remove)
Directions
1. Chop and wash veggies. Combine all ingredients except for brown rice into crockpot and stir to combine.

2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours stirring very few hours.

3. Serve over 1/2 cup of cooked brown rice with a side of cornbread! Serves 6.
