Cheesy Rice Pasta with Asparagus

Ingredients
1 package Brown Rice Pasta2 tbsp. butter2 tbsp. rice flour1 cup milk1 cup reduced fat mozzarella1 cup reduced fat ricotta1 lb. fresh asparagussalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Boil water for pasta. In a large skillet, melt butter. Wisk in flour and stir on medium heat until thickened. Add milk and wisk. Bring to a slight bubble. Add cheeses and salt and pepper. Stir in asparagus. Mix with pasta once pasta is cooked. Makes 8 servings.
