Ingredients
2c. Shredded Lettuce1/2c. Fat Free Refried Beans3 oz. Ground Chicken Breast1/2 tsp. Taco Seasoning 2 tsp. Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded1/2c. Salsa2 tbsp. Fat Free Sour Cream1/4c. Chopped Tomatoes
Directions
I like to cook a whole pound of ground chicken with one packet of taco seasoning and store the cooked meat for the week.
* Put Lettuce on plate
* Warm Refried beans
* Ground Taco Chicken
* Cheese
* Salsa
* FF Sour Cream
* Tomatoes

    This was a very filling taco salad and very tasty. I used fat free plain greek yogurt instead of sour cream. Next time I might use some green onions on it as well. - 10/10/12
