Ingredients
8 cups crab meat4 cups Ricotta Cheese1 cup Italian Four Cheese Blend (shredded)1 cup Asiago Cheese (shredded)0.5 cup Scalions (chopped)
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Then stuff into peppers or mushroom tops. Next bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool, then serve.
