low fat banana bread - high altitude

Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour1 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. salt (sift all together)cream 1/2 C. apple sauce1C. sugar 2 eggs1C. mashed bananas combine 1/3 C. milk 1 tsp. lemon juiceAdd 1/3 dry ingred. to banana mix then 1/3 milk mix, alternate 1/3 of each. Blend well after each addition.Grease and flour a loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 60-70 min. Cool 10-15 min. then remove from pan.
Directions
Makes 10 half inch slices. This recipe is best for high altitude cooking, may have to alter for lower than 5000 ft. cooking. Nuts or raisins can be an option.
