Oatmeal Waffles

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Gluten Free Flour, 1 cup Gluten free rolled oats, 1 tbsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 eggs slightly beaten, 1 1/2 cups milk, 6 tbsp butter, melted, 2 tbsp brown sugar
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, stir together all dry ingredients. In a seperate bowl, mix eggs, milk, butter, and brown sugar. Add to dry ingredients and stir until blended. Bake in lightly greased waffle iron until golden brown.

Serving Size: makes 12 4-inch square waffles
