Albondigas de Turkey con papas en salsa

Ingredients
Albondigas*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 1 poundOnions, raw, 1/2 mediumFresh Chives, 1/4 cupGarlic, 2 clove Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, .5 cup, dry, yields (blended to powder)Salt & pepper to tasteSalsaPotato, fresh, 4 serving (remove)Italian Garden Sause, 3 serving (remove)Peas, canned, 1 canBay leave
Directions
In a boll mix all ingredients for the meat balls and make 10 meat balls.

In a cacerole, put the content of the Italian garden sauce and place the meat balls on in. Cover and lower heat.

In the meen time, peal potatos and cut them in 4th. Add them to the sause, add a bay leave, salt and pepper.

Boil in low heat for about 15 min. Add canned peas and finish cooking until potatos are ready.
