Artichoke, Spinach + White Bean Dip

1/4 cup grated fresh pecorino romano cheese 1/4 cup fat free greek yogurt1 tsp lemon juice 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/8 tsp red pepper 2 Tbsp minced garlic 1 (15oz) can white beans, rinsed and drained 1 (14oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered 1 (9oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained, + squeezed dry 1/2 cup sargento reduced fat italian cheese blend
Preheat oven to 350°.
Place romano cheese, greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, red pepper, minced garlic and white beans in a food processor, and process until smooth. Spoon into a medium bowl. Stir in the artichokes and spinach. Spoon the mixture into a 1-quart glass or ceramic baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with italian cheese blend. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until bubbly and brown.
