Avocado Sandwich Spread

Ingredients
1 whole Florida avocado, without skin or pit, mashed.5 c red onion, very finely minced1 tsp. lemon juice1 tsp. apple cider vinegar1 tsp. dried parselysalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a food processor until smooth. Refridgerate any leftovers in an air tight container.
