Chicken breast w/o skin 2 lbs.okra 5cups fresh chopped or cut frozenTomato sauce 1 cupFresh tomatoes 5 cup peeled and dicedcayenne pepper 2 tbsp (opt.)canola oil 2tbspsalt 2 tsp. (opt.)onion 1 medium dicedTap water 1 gal.
In heavy metal pot add canola oil, diced tomatoes, tomatoe sauce,diced onion and cut okra. Cook over medium high heat stirring constantly not allowing bottom to burn until ingredients are deep brown in color. Add water and seasoning along with chicken and allow to simmer for 2 hours. can be served wit or without rice.
