Low Fat Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients
16 oz whole wheat thin spaghettil.5 ts minced garlic1 TB olive oil2 tsp sea salt1 can rotel8 oz fat free sour cream1 10.5 oz can fat free cr. of mushroom soup8 oz lowfat cheddar cheese shredded8 oz part-skim mozzarella shredded16 oz. shredded chicken
Directions
boil water, salt, garlic, olive oil. add spaghetti and cook about 10 minutes. remove from heat and drain.
In a bowl mix rotel, soup, sour cream, add in chicken and mozzarella. pour over spaghetti and mix together. Mix in half of cheddar cheese and then sprinkle the remainder on top.
