1/2 cup Hain safflower mayonnaise1/2 cup sour cream1 garlic clove, minced (or grated)1/4 cup dill sprigs, finely chopped1/4 tsp salt (or to taste)1/4 tsp black pepper (or to taste)
Put sour cream and mayonnaise in small bowl (2 cup or larger). Use microplane or fine grater to grate garlic clove over the sour cream/mayonnaise. (You can mince garlic by hand with sharp knife if you don't have a grater.). Chop dill finely and add to bowl. Combine mixture. Taste. Add salt/pepper as desired (we use about 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper). Serve with raw veggies for a healthy snack. YUM!
