Chile con Camote (Sweet Potato)

Ingredients
1 15-oz. can pinto beans, rinsed and drained1 15-oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained1 4-oz. can mild green chilis, diced1 cup salsa2-1/2 cups water1-1/2 cups frozen corn (put in a sieve and rinse under lukewarm water to thaw)1 Knorr Vegetable Bouillon cube (or 2 teaspoons vegetable broth seasoning)1 sweet potato, peeled and diced (about 2 cups)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours. Makes 8 servings, 1 cup each.
