Directions
I've place this under vegetarian as it only has 2 rashers of bacon, but that can be omitted. This is good to throw together what you have left over to make a quick quich.2tbsp melted butter (i use flora spread)2 rashers bacon (i use streaky bacon)1 cup grated cheese1 cup milk4 beaten eggs1 finely chopped onion1/2 can creamed corncubed cooked potatocooked vegies (i used frozen mixed vegies)1/2 cup self raising flour
Place all these ingredients in a bowl and mix:
2tbsp melted butter (i use flora spread)
2 rashers bacon (i use streaky bacon)
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup milk
4 beaten eggs
Then add whatever you fancy this is just a guide:
1 finely chopped onion
1/2 can creamed corn
cubed cooked potato
cooked vegies (i used frozen mixed vegies)
Add 1/2 cup self raising flour, salt & pepper & mix lightly. The mixture will be quite lumpy don't worry about that. Pour into greased quich dish and bake 1/2 hour at 140C
Serving Size: Depending on size of quich dish, 8 servings
Number of Servings: 8
