1 pound rhubarb, cut into 1" pieces1 pound strawberries, hulled & sliced1 medium banana, sliced1 tsp. lemon peel1/4 c. Splenda for Baking (more or less, to taste)1/4 c. water (omit if using frozen fruit)
Combine all ingredients in a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Cover and cook gently over medium to medium-low heat for 5-7 minutes or until fruit is tender (more time may be needed if using frozen fruit).
